The broken cabinets and presence of roaches made for a very unpleasant experience. On top of that, the sofa bed had a blood-stained mattress and the room was unlocked upon arrival. The lack of sufficient bedding and the dismissive attitude from staff further marred my stay, forcing me to sleep in my car during a business trip.
